At Akin Ibiyode & Co we are an indigenous firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers committed to professional, transparent and efficient service. Over more than forty years in the industry we have built a reputation for reliability, and clients return to us because the advice holds up.
We are registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria to practise Estate Surveying and Valuation nationwide. Our team guides clients through the market from first valuation to completed development, and we would rather give an unwelcome opinion than a convenient one.
Akin Ibiyode & Co was founded in 1983 by Chief Akin Ibiyode, a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers who chaired its Oyo State branch and the Institution's Professional Practice Committee at national level. The firm has practised under his name since, from a head office in Ibadan, and has managed and valued property for clients in states across Nigeria.

Who leads the practice.
Akingbenga Ibiyode
Managing Partner
Leads the practice, with overall responsibility for the instructions it accepts and the standard of the advice it gives.
Yomi Ogundijo
Head of Valuation
Leads valuation instructions across land, buildings, machinery and corporate assets, including valuations prepared for financial reporting, mortgage and insurance purposes.
Adeolu Ojo
Head of Property Management I
Leads one of the two property and facility management desks, covering rent collection, lease administration and the day to day running of managed buildings.
Oladeji Olawale
Head of Property Management II
Leads the second property and facility management desk, with responsibility for maintenance, tenant relations and financial oversight across the managed portfolio.
Idowu Arokoyo
Finance and IT Manager
Responsible for the practice's accounts and IT systems, and for the day to day administration of the Ibadan office.
